The Story

Carla Rios is a Senior Transformation Advisor with over 30 years of experience across Oil & Gas and technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Project Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Her career includes working for Schlumberger, BHP, and Amazon Web Services. She also holds certifications in SAFe Agile, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Associate, and AWS AI Practitioner. She also earned a Data Strategy Certificate from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Digital Transformation Strategies and AI Implementation certificate from IMD.

What these years revealed consistently is that organizations invest heavily in tools and platforms while underinvesting in the strategic work and human perspective that makes those investments produce results.
